Praise the Lord! Every day he helps us with the loads we must carry. He is the God who saves us. Selah

Praise the Lord for His greatness; praise Him for who He is. Praise the Lord for His goodness; praise Him for what He has done. Do not fail to praise Him even for His promises, because it will never fail. Praise Him in hope of what only He can do, even as you expectantly wait for Him.
Praise Him for He bears the burden of your sins and gives you forgiveness – “We sinned against him, but he didn’t give us the punishment we deserved. He forgives all our sins and heals all our sicknesses.” (Psalm 103:10,3)
Praise Him for it is He who has preserved you till this time – “We are still alive because the LORD’S faithful love never ends. Every morning he shows it in new ways! You are so very true and loyal!” (Lam. 3:22-23)
Praise God because He will help you in the time of temptation – “The only temptations that you have are the same temptations that all people have. But you can trust God. He will not let you be tempted more than you can bear. But when you are tempted, God will also give you a way to escape that temptation. Then you will be able to endure it.” (1 Cor. 10:13)
And you can be sure He will always be there because of His love for you – “But the LORD has always loved his followers, and he will continue to love them forever and ever! He will be good to all their descendants,” (Psalm 103:17).
But do not let anything or anyone stop your worship and your heart of gratitude. Always remember His faithfulness towards you. Thoughtful remembrance produces thankfulness.
