Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.
Isaiah 40:28 NIV
We often struggle to hold onto hope when faced with challenges. Belief can be difficult without firsthand experience, and sometimes circumstances can make us question God’s role in our lives. Perhaps you’re considering pushing God away due to your current struggles.
But here’s a critical question to ponder: Have you truly considered the evidence of God’s existence? Even without personal experience, creation itself speaks volumes about his power and goodness. Additionally, haven’t the testimonies of others who have encountered God reached your ears?
The scripture emphasizes that God is everlasting, the creator of everything, and unfailing in strength. He never tires or weakens. Before succumbing to despair, consider what messages you’ve been internalizing. Are they the lies of self-doubt or the limitations others place on you?
Remember God’s declaration in Jeremiah 32:27: “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?”
Likewise, the scripture consistently reminds us of God’s immense power. He created the heavens and the earth, and his wisdom is beyond human comprehension. He governs the world with his strength, needing no assistance.
Think about your situation in perspective. Imagine billions of people across the globe. Countless individuals have faced adversity throughout history, and many are struggling right now. Yet, God remains sovereign, attending to each need without compromising His perfect order.
Furthermore, don’t give up because someone else failed you. They were human, not God. As Luke 18:27 states, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” Meanwhile, God himself is reaching out, offering his unwavering strength. He offers himself to you.
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:29-31 NIV
Therefore, when you place your hope in God, He renews your strength. He equips you to soar above challenges and face difficulties with unwavering faith. Let this truth resonate within you. Believe, and receive the blessings God has in store for you.
