Stand Strong: Serve Diligently

Stand Strong: Serve Diligently - 1 Corinthians 15:58

So, my dear brothers and sisters, stand strong. Don’t let anything change you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord. You know that your work in the Lord is never wasted.

1 Corinthians 15:58 ERV

My dear brothers and sisters, please, if you will stand at all, then stand strong. If you would follow Jesus, then always follow Him with all your heart. You must be faithful and devoted, not looking around or shifting focus or double eyed. Be unmovable; let your anchor hold steadfast and firm even during the storm.

Remember Jesus’ words in Luke 9:62, “No one, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God”. Always give yourself to the Master’s duty; do it with all your heart, diligently and faithfully serving in His vineyard. Remember that you never waste your labor when you serve the Lord with diligence and devotion.

For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it— lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish’?

‭‭Luke‬ ‭14‬:‭28‬-‭30‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The only way not to look or go back is to look and go forward. There is sufficient grace in Christ Jesus for you. Give yourself fully to the Master’s will and purpose for your life, and He will help you to stand strong.

Beloved, stand strong and unwavering in Christ. Follow Him wholeheartedly, and remain faithful. Do not be indecisive or double-minded, but anchor your soul steadfastly in Him. Also, serve Him with all diligence, for your labor is not in vain. Let Christ’s grace empower you to press forward in His will, and He will help you stand strong.

Stay focused on Christ and His mission, fixing your gaze on Him alone. Be unyielding in your commitment to His cause, and trust that He will sustain you through every trial. Never waver in your devotion, but keep moving forward with confidence, knowing that your labor in the Lord is never wasted. Let His love and power fill your heart and strengthen you to live for Him every day. Remember that your faithfulness and perseverance will bring great reward in the end.
