Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done.

Sometimes you feel you are nothing at all. You look at your life, problems and emptiness is all you see; the failed relationships, health issues, joblessness, perhaps you want a change of job.
You may have been married for years without a child, or you don’t have a spouse. Yours could be a financial crisis that you are struggling with; you can barely provide for your family, etc.
You may be experiencing one or more of these, or even worse. Instead of looking at what you are yet to have (even if you are qualified), seeing only the wrongs about your life; from the passage above, I want you to focus on your blessings and get back on your feet.
There are many good things about you; count your blessings and name them one by one.
What you have is someone else’s prayer request while your request may be the ‘least’ of another person’s blessings. While you are unable to provide for your family, some do not have one. Money can not buy a family. Likewise, I would like to remind you that only the living can complain about life.
No matter how difficult the situation may be around you, there is always a reason to praise. If nothing else, praise Him for who He is. Give praise to the Lord for what you have. You have life; you have hope. Reading this means that you probably have a phone and internet at least.
So many things are working quite well in your life, be grateful for that.
