It has been said earlier that victory in this year would be for those who the Lord is their God. They are the people who have a personal and intimate relationship with God. Also, they would not fear but hopefully rest in the Lord as He brings victory unto them. These people are the ones who have full trust in the promises of the Lord.
I would like to also add that victory would be for those who would carry God along in all their journeys this year. They would not shut Him out at any point in time. They will always put Him before them every step of the way.
The assurance that God has given to continue to go with us is steadfast. Nevertheless, a person can decide to completely shut God out of his life. Mere attendance at church services does not guarantee victory; it’s the active involvement of God in every aspect of life that leads to triumph. This year must be saddled with deep relationship with God because He has promised He is going with you. If you are in a moving vehicle and you decide to alight, the journey will continue without you. If you remove yourself from the movement of the Lord, He will not force you.
Albeit, if you decide to follow Jesus this year, you will enjoy this assurance of victory. God Himself will fight all of your battles. All you need is to solely follow Him this year. Don’t deviate from the right to the left. Keep following and watch God win the battles of your life.
Victory is not a checklist or a routine; it’s a dynamic relationship with the Almighty. In the pursuit of triumph, let us not reduce our connection with God to a mere ritual. May our actions reflect a genuine reliance on His promises, trusting that as we actively involve Him in our lives, victory will be a natural outflow of our unwavering faith.
